Nothing too special today. Dropped the bench weight a bit. I'm going to start cycling the load on my DE bench days. I'll use three week cycles and go 55%, 57%, 60% of my most recent 1rm. Used heavier weights on all my assistance stuff which felt good. Had no motivation to do prowler pushes but I did them anyway. ME squats tomorrow. Going to work to a 3rm. I'm thinking around 475ish...maybe more
