Got a deadlift PR today so I'm pretty happy with that. I'm not sure it would have counted in a meet since I hitched it. Speed from the ground was pretty good but once I got passed my knees my technique broke down a bit. I'm glad Nic was lifting at the same time today because I was pretty on the fence about the prowler and he challenged me to do it and I did it. Good training partners will do that to you.
