Squats felt good today. The first 455 I was a little high and cam forward out of the hole. Once I knew what to fix the next three sets went well. 505 was a little slower than I would have liked, but I'll take it. It's been mad long since I rack pulled. I am going to put these in to get some heavy deadlift work without taxing myself too bad. Every three weeks or so I will deload my squat and pull some heavy singles from the floor. Jake and I talked about this on Friday and it seems like a good idea.
People have been bringing in various holiday treats the last couple of days. Normally I would abstain from these, but since I am not being too strict with my diet at this point I am going to indulge. I am going to eat probably 85-95% clean, the rest dirty untill the middle of January and then bring it to 95-100% clean. Until then, time to enjoy life and being alive.
