Fat Bar Bench: 225x5, 255x5,5

Single Arm Row: Hundy's for 3x12

Conditioning:
650 lb tire x 3 flips
w/
Prowler: 140 lbsx25 yards

Allx3

Going to ease back into lifting.  I didn't want to go too heavy or get crazy with volume.  Just hit some big exercises and called it a day.

I can't begin to tell you how out of conditioning shape I am.  Those three sets of conditioning about killed me.  I've still got a little fire left in my lungs from it.  No where to go but up, I guess.
