Just a quick session down in Nitro's today. Kind of an off day/just-want-to-do-something-since-I'm-not-going-to-do-anything-else- today day.
Barbell Shrugs: 6x8

Barbell Curls: 6x3
Standing Calf Raises: 3x8
w/
Weighted Sit Ups: 3x10
This took me about 30 minutes. In, out, back upstairs with the dog.
