With the Packer's Super Bowl win still fresh in my mind and my muscles full of glycogen and beer I went in with a real zest for training today.
Pin Squats: up to 545x1 with a :10s hold at the top
Moved the pin down one notch. This one was tough but I feel confident that I could squat 550 right now.
