Saturday

Last real session before my meet on December 4th.  Just wanted to work up to my last warm up set, hit a few accessories, and get out.

Squat: 315x1; 365x1; 405x1; 455x1

DB RDLs: 3x10

Leg Curl: 3x10

That's it, that's all, that's all there is.  This coming week is going to be a lot of mobility stuff.  Nothing heavy (worth writing about).  I'll try to think up some interesting topics to touch on in place of normal training stuff.
