Clean and Jerk: up to 262x1 (PR)
Single Arm Dead Lift: Regular grip up to 242x1 each side; hook grip 262x1 each side; straps up to 338 for two singles on each side
Rope Pull/ Bag Carry: 3x25 yards
Didn't really have a plan in place going in. Kind of just went with whatever tickled my fancy. Took about an hour, got my heart rate up, got a sweat going, got the H.E. double hockey sticks out. Boom.
