Feeling a little beat up and sore today so I just took it easy and did some light Olympic work. The last couple of weeks I've done the Bear comples but just wasn't feeling it today. Monday's squats and yesterday's bench has me a little frazzled. I want to get three more sessions in this week so laying off a bit will help me do that.
Power Snatch: up to 80 kilos for 4 singles
Clean and Jerk: up to 100 kilos for 4 singles
I'm thinking sumo deadlift tomorrow. I haven't done this in a coon's age. I also suck at it. A lot It should be fun.
