Squat felt really strong today. My last set had 425 in bar weight and then the chains added about 80 lbs. at the top. My knee still has some junk in it but didn't affect squatting at all.
I got my EFS neck harness in today and played around with it a bit. Time to get a massive neck. No more stack of dimes for this guy.
