Nothing too exciting today.  I'm testing my maxes this week and things are not going as well as I thought they would be.  I really need an honest deload.  I also need to figure out my sleep.  I started taking melatonin again and I hope it will help me stay asleep during the night.  Other than that not too much else to say.
