Awesome session yesterday morning. Bench is steadily going up. All of my auxiliary lifts are moving along at a nice pace. My weight is going up. I've put a little body fat on, but that's to be expected. I weighed 222.8 yesterday morning. My diet hasn't been spot on, but that is going to change this week. Time to clean up and get tight.
I'm squatting later this afternoon and I'm pretty excited. I'm going to take a long time to warm up the IT bands and then get after it.
