I didn't think I was ever going to stop sweating after this. I had a client as soon as I was done and I had rollers throughout. After work I stopped at Pick 'N' Save and got a 20 lb bag of ice. I filled my tub with cold water and dumped the ice in. Home made ice tub. Depending on how I feel tomorrow this may become a regular in my rotation on heavy leg days.
